Mark Gabel, pictured on the left in the photo, supported Articles of a Treaty at the “Insider” level and thereby was invited to tour the exhibit on Tuesday with the CAIRNS director.  During the tour, the Assistant Curator at the Dahl Arts Center, Jeannie, stopped by and when asked if she would join the photo shoot, suggested that the picture by taken with the artwork, “Signage,” by Monty Fralick.
