Discrimination Training for South Dakota Symphony Orchestra

The vice president of CAIRNS and the CAIRNS director did a four-hour training session in Sioux Falls for South Dakota Symphony Orchestra staff and board members and musicians. Using evidence from a variety of sources, the CAIRNS representatives illustrated the pervasive and ongoing discrimination against American Indians and Indian tribes, drawing examples from across our state.
