Today’s itinerary for our Lakotan Lands & Identities workshop on wheels focused on sites within Pine Ridge Reservation. Two major stops included the Red Cloud Indian Art Show at Red Cloud Indian School and Wounded Knee, the site of the 1890 Massacre and the 1973 Occupation.
