The past three days we’ve welcomed guests from Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and South Dakota. Pictured above (R-L) are Peri, Kelly, and Janet. Peri is the high school principal at White River SD and the VP of CAIRNS; Kelly is a plant ecologist and ethnobotanist in the Biological Survey & Center for Ecological Research at the University of Kansas and is working on the Botany of Nations exhibit; Janet is a high school teacher in the Sioux Falls School District. She and Peri were in residence at Wingsprings for four days to write curriculum for Navigating Narratives. Kelly overnighted on his way to Montana.
