The first stop of Day Two of the Lakotan Lands traveling seminar was at Oglala Lakota ArtSpace near Kyle, SD. There, program managers AJ No Braid and Keith BraveHeart, along with artist Richard Red Owl, talked about the ArtSpace and its mission. Keith and AJ are standing in the front, right of center. The other stop was at Wingsprings, the home of CAIRNS, in the Lacreek District of Pine Ridge Reservation. By the end of the day, we had traveled through all nine of the reservation’s districts.
