Our latest CAIRNS Etanhan Wotanin column is a response to the U.S. Secretary of Defense’s announcement that the nineteen Medals of Honor that were awarded to soldiers for their actions during the December 29, 1890, Wounded Knee Massacre, will not be rescinded.
