Highlights of Day One of the traveling seminar included Wind Cave National Park, tours of Pine Ridge Indian Health Service Hospital, and Wounded Knee, the site of the 1890 Massacre and the 1973 Occupation. They then organized the participants into three groups, each of which enjoyed a different tour of the facility.
